Dr. John Crosby was born in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, in 1947. He attended medical school at Western University in London, Ontario, where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List in 1973.
He received his FRCP (C) (Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada) and MCFP (Member of the College of Family Physicians) in Emergency Medicine in 1983.

He practiced Family Medicine for 30 years in Cambridge, Ontario.
